PROJECT: A two-story, plus basement, addition was designed and constructed to enlarge the kitchen/dining area and provide a powder room on the main floor. A new master bedroom and ensuite was added above on the second story. A guest suite has been created in the basement with its own separate entrance.

STEPdesign was responsible for the Architectural design/permit drawings, attending Committee of Adjustment hearing, obtaining the building permit, selection of contractor and follow up during construction. All colours, materials and finishes were carefully chosen with the owners, to reflect their personal style.
