PROJECT: This project involved the planning for an extensive renovation to an existing home. The scope included providing permit drawings, obtaining a building permit and engineering consultation in order to demolish the interior right down to the stud walls. The building was re-structured with new support beams and columns and the replacement of the electrical, HVAC, and hot water systems. New windows, doors, and a deck were installed. All rooms were refinished including the basement, stairs, kitchen, living, dining areas, bedrooms and washroom.
